Craig Laughlin
is a Dallas native, and has been involved in the sale of residential and commercial real estate since 1968. Craig attended the University of North Texas then owned and operated Laughlin Insulation until the 1980's real estate market collapsed. Craig joined Melinda, his wife, in the sale of commercial and residential real estate in 2001. Craig is also on the Agent Leadership Council of Keller Williams.

Melinda James
is a Dallas native and has been involved in residential and commercial real estate research and sales for over 20 years starting with a commercial real estate research firm back in the early 70's. Melinda is on the Agent Leadership Council of Keller Williams and founded The Laughlin Group in 2001. The Laughlin Realty Group has won numerous awards for production as well as client service.

Tracey Gonzales
is a Dallas native, and attended Texas Woman's University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. Tracey taught middle school for 3 years and decided that she enjoyed sales more. Tracey joined the Laughlin Realty in early 2006 and exceeded her sales goals during her first year in business.
